Description
Windows does not include Python and Suricata-Update depends on Python. We either need to install a Python runtime or document installing a runtime.
But there are multiple ways to install a Python runtime as well, which one do we use? Do we attempt to work with one, or prescribe a specific one.
The other options is to finish the rewrite of S-U in Rust to remove the dependence on any extra runtimes.
