Description

suricata-lua-sys is currently using a version of 0.1.0-alpha.6. Before the Suricata 8 rc we should give this a non-prelease version: 0.1.0?

This is now done, we're using a version scheme based on the Lua version.

Lua 5.4.8 is suricata-lua-sys 5.4.8000. Which leaves us room to make patch versions and remain semver compliant as required by Cargo.
