Description
Red hat enterprise Linux ships dpdk 2:24.11.1-2.el9 (which confusingly contains .so files suffixed with .25).
suricata 7.0.10-1.el9 from the @

Red hat enterprise Linux 9.6 ships dpdk 2:24.11.1-2.el9 (which confusingly contains .so files suffixed with .25).
suricata 7.0.10-1.el9 from the @oisf/suricata-7.0 copr is built for dpdk 2:23.somthing (with .so files suffixed with .24) and will not agree to be installed after the update.
Just rebuilding the source rpm from copr seems to work.
I pushed a rebuilt, but will have to check again in a day or 2. Being just released, it takes some time for everything to catch up.
Closing. Working on RHEL 9.6.
