Af-packet statistics inconsistent under very high traffic

Description

The issue seems to appear only under very high traffic load - 8-9Gbs.

The stats.log and http.log seems to have very few statistics (numbers incremented) added
and some are missing ex - bug # 833 - afpacket - vlan decoder statisics.

The very same set up and yaml but running under pfring for example, adds 10 times more http.log statistics as comapred to afpacket.
