Description
When embedding libsuricata in c-icap, Soner reports shutdown hangs involving dynamically managed host worker threads and their registered ThreadVars. His workaround manually unlinks and frees these contexts from tvt_root.
Investigate the reported lifecycle mismatch and clarify or provide the supported way to unregister and clean up host-owned workers.
