PF_RING vlan handling

Description

It seems that by default, PF_RING strips vlan headers and expose the id of the stripped header in some other way to the app. Currently, we take in the traffic, but ignore this vlan id. This leads to mixing up of traffic.

Additionally, there seem to be some issues in PF_RING itself wrt this, working with PF_RING upstream on this.
