Description
when run first the suricata-update list-enabled-sources command displays that no source are enable. After running suricata-update the emerging threats open ruleset is enable but when redoing the listing it displays that no source are enable. After enabling one other source, the listing displays 2 sources. This behavior is not consistent and ET open shoudl be displayed as enable at least after the second command.
