Description

Maybe something like list-free-sources? As the list (slowly) grows it might be good to have some kind of filtering.

I think a modifier to the list-sources command might be better?

suricata-update list-sources --free

to list all freely available sources.

We'll also need to determine what free displays? You could have a freely available rule source under a non-OSI license. So I wonder if the lack of a "Subscription" field is a good indicator of free. Meaning you can get it and use it without signing up at all.

I guess the distinction between freely available and free as in oss license can make sense to some users? Not sure.
