Description

Currently when we run suricta-update with -v option, we see a lot of files being parsed,

21/3/2019 -- 12:47:55 - <Debug> -- Parsing sslblacklist.rules.
21/3/2019 -- 12:47:55 - <Debug> -- Parsing rules/emerging-mobile_malware.rules.
21/3/2019 -- 12:47:56 - <Debug> -- Parsing rules/botcc.rules.
21/3/2019 -- 12:47:56 - <Debug> -- Parsing rules/botcc.portgrouped.rules.

Change the parser to load these files in alphabetical order by sorting the filenames before starting to work on them.
