Description

Surcata : 6.0.4 (Ubuntu PPA)
OS : Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS
Hyperscan : 5.2.1

Most websites are loading fast and complete except one local news website (https://www.bastillepost.com/hongkong/). Meanwhile, some websites that are protected by Cloudflare may loading slow and incomplete for sometimes. I have no idea if those websites are misconfigured or libhtp has bug.
