http-ipv6: s-v test fails with false positives

Description

Currently, when I run s-v (master) with master (running on Ubuntu 20.04), I get:

According to Philippe, This seems to be a failure that happens when the local libhtp version isn't up-to-date.
Updating libhtp should get the tests back to passing.
