Description

There is no documentation about how referenced auxiliary files (filemd5 / filesha1 / filesha256 / datasets) are updated by Suricata-Update.

In this ticket, I will improve the documentation to add a hint about Suricata-Update handling this files correctly.

Feel free to correct me if there is something wrong in my explanations.
