Suricata 5 config loads fine with defaults, just two expected warnings:

: decode-erspan: ERSPAN Type I is no longer configurable and it is always enabled; ignoring configuration setting.
W: runmodes: eve module 'ikev2' has been replaced by 'ike'

So that are the two we will add to the upgrade guide

If anyone is still using the features that have been flagged deprecated in 5.0 also run into expected warnings:
