Looks like it is related to

  11,67%  fuzz_siginit                     [.] IPOnlyCIDRItemNew
   4,23%  fuzz_siginit                     [.] IPOnlyCIDRItemParseSingle

Which suggests some kind of endless loop in the cidr parsing code.

Probably needs backporting too.
