Description

A schema similar to our eve json schema would allow more validation of a config before loading. Might also be a good "source of truth" for mapping keywords to docs?

One use case of the schema: check that our SV tests do not define unknown keys because of typos like https://github.com/OISF/suricata-verify/pull/2920 fixed
