opendevguide: document pseudo packets

Description
Not really sure where such a documentation should go, but considering that the existence and usage of
pseudo packets by the engine sometimes leads to bugs, or to behavior that is not so straightforward for
users to understand or reason with, and taking into account that we now have SIG_MASK_REQUIRE_REAL_PKT
and its consequences -- which we will have to document --, it's important to document Pseudo Packets, too.
