Description

Suricata won't start with ICE card and DPDK of version (at least 22.11.6) because the RSS key length has changed from 40 to 52 bytes.

The issue was previously addressed with https://redmine.openinfosecfoundation.org/issues/6871 but seems like the key length might have been changed in the patch version. Need to reevaluate all patch versions in 22.11.
