expose interface(unix socket command) to reset tcp connection

Description
commands like:
reset tcp src 1.2.3.4:50 dst 5.6.7.8:90
reset tcp src 1.2.3.4
reset tcp dst 1.2.3.4:80
Shame on me, it should be a feature request.
I can't find a way to edit the tracker field once submit

Interesting idea. In general the reset code would use some improvement as well.

Wonder how hard this would be. Probably not very now that we have the unix socket in development.
