Description
for global threshold, sig_id and gid_id can be zero, which is different what the rule keywords
but there is no clear explanation of that.

Done, btw I tried to assign the ticket to you but now you are in the list twice with no way to visually distinguish them :)

For now, I've changed the other Jason Taylor's role to "reporter" only, following this. (hoping this helps next time? :P ) (this didn't help, but from the id I assume that the second one listed is the newer user :P )
