Description
Updating host policy from unix socket would allow admin to tune suricata without having to reload it.

This ticket was rejected because it seems there is no interest in it. Apparently even ppl who seriously deal with TCP/IP evasion issues are not making an effort to set the target OS'. Target OS definitions are also out of date, which isn't helping.
We can reopen this ticket if needed.
